Dr. Monica Nguyen works to ensure that all her patients have good eyesight and a healthy visual system, believing that this is vital to one’s overall health and enjoyment in life. As an Optometrist, she spends most of her days helping patients improve their vision, providing the best possible treatments for any eye disorders they may have, and teaching them what they can do on their own to maintain a healthy visual system.
Dr. Monica believes in preventative medicine and actively works to expand the public’s knowledge of ocular health by the creative dissemination of information. She created Vision Discoveries to help people gain a better understanding of eye health so they could envision a healthier future for themselves and their loved ones. She discusses ocular anatomy, harmful effects to one’s eyesight, how to maintain healthy vision, and what we can all do to prevent eye disease and avoid vision loss in the future.
